- To communicate with you when conducting customer satisfaction surveys aiming at: improving the quality of our performance and for its analysis, developing services to enhance your experience with our website, providing services tailored to your needs, or understanding how successful our site is. For this purpose, we collect the following data: name and contact details, as well as data about your previous searches.
According to the provisions of the national legislation (Lg. 677/2001) and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), we have an obligation to process your personal data safely and only for the established purposes.
What is the reason for processing this data
The legal grounds for the data processing activities that are covered by this Privacy Policy are contained in subsection (a), paragraph (1) of Art. 5 of Act CXII of 2011 for the right of informational self-determination and the freedom of information (hereinafter referred to as the "Freedom of Information Act"), i.e. based on your consent and as of May 25, 2018 in accordance with Аrt. (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) (GDPR) such processing activities are necessary for the performance of a contract or for the purpose of taking steps at the data subject request for entering into a contract. The legal grounds for data processing activities that are covered by this Privacy Policy are also contained in subsection (a), paragraph (1) of Art. 5 and subsection (a) paragraph (2) of Art. 5 of the Freedom of Information Act, i.e. based on your consent, and as of May 25, 2018 in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) and Art. 9 (2) (a) of the GDPR such processing activities will be based on your consent. Some legal grounds are based on the legitimate interest of the agency, in which case we will consider your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms, and we will assess whether your rights and freedoms override such legitimate interests, and in other cases the processing activities are necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
Our main ground to collect and manage your personal data is your consent driven by your desire to become a client of the agency. At the same time, our grounds are legitimate and/or contractual and are based on the business relationship between you and the Agency which arise when you send an inquiry or look for an offer. However, the grounds for processing personal information may also be our legitimate interest—mandatory and essential to the implementation of the trade and economic activities of the Agency, as provided for in the Regulation.
Consequences of the refusal/failure to provide personal data
